About Me
I’m Sarah Gorner, a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Pilates Reformer and Mat instructor. While I work with a wide variety of clients, my primary focus is always on mindful, functional movement with an emphasis on core strength and foot and ankle alignment—the foundations for balance, strength, and pain-free movement.
