I’ve talked about the importance of getting outside, even in the winter. However, I realize that some days it’s just not possible. Here’s a 4 minute stretch by a snowy river to work on some flexibility. Do these stretches sitting on the floor and enjoy some beautiful footage from the South Platte River near Deckers, Colorado.
