Our feet are pretty darn neglected, considering everything they do. We might buy them good shoes and put fancy nail polish on our toes, but rarely do we pay much attention to them with targeted exercise and massage.

When you’re up and moving, your feet should be engaged and active. Strong feet help keep you aligned, balanced, and moving fluidly. They’re a pretty amazing invention. If we’re healthy and able, we should be using them to their full potential. Health experts bemoan the amount of time we sit and they’re right.

Today is On Your Feet America day, organized by Get America Standing. It’s a call to action. A reminder that, despite the limits imposed by our work or home settings, we should be up and moving for a fair amount of our waking hours. To meet that challenge, I give you three tools:
