This 15-minute leg, tricep, and core workout hits the areas that most of us want to target. Use it as a stand-alone workout on a busy day or in addition to a cardio workout. The only equipment you need is a couple of free weights for tricep work.
You can do this workout barefoot or in shoes. Either way, I encourage you to pay attention to the position of your feet for proper alignment.
