This series of stretches is a favorite of mine at the end of the day or post-workout. If you’re using it after a cardio workout, slow things down and allow your heart rate to return to normal before getting down on the floor.
My kids say these stretches are just an excuse for me to flop down on the floor and there might be some truth in that! But, it’s also a great way to relax, de-stress, and reconnect with all the moving parts that make up your amazing body.
