My blog is very much a work in progress right now.  I’m pushing myself to post a lot of content and working to find my niche along the way.  Fitness videos in particular have been a challenge.

I’ve been doing the videos on my patio recently and I absolutely love being out there in the morning.  I hear a lot of birds and if you look close, you’ll see bunnies hopping by in the background.

I do like this stance. In addition to working the hips and glutes,
it lets me briefly pretend I have some fighting moves.

What I heard this morning?  Birds.  What the camera picked up?  Some birds, but it also sounds like our house is next to an interstate.  And an airport.  We’re not.  We do have a busy road about a half-mile away and I think the wind was just right to carry the sound directly to the camera. I don’t know what was up with all the planes.

First off, I’m getting a new microphone.  I purchased one, but had to return it since it didn’t work.

Meanwhile, my family continues to be supportive.  While I was editing, one of my sons walked by, looked at the video, and said, “Boy, you look really tired.”  Ha.

It was in this sequence that my son told me I looked tired. I might also look slightly grouchy because the chair was wobbling on an uneven patio plank.

So, here it is – a great leg and balance workout taught by a tired-looking woman accompanied by the inspiring sounds of road and air traffic… and a few birds and bunnies.

Check back later as I’ll re-do this workout with better sound at some point.

Stay fit (and keep your sense of humor)!
