A good amount of your workout ‘why’ might be to combat the effects of an otherwise sedentary lifestyle. And, while it’s awesome to regularly exercise, here’s something you can do while you’re sitting. It’s a quick reconnection with your foundation – your feet. Whether you do it at the beginning, middle, or end of your day, here’s how to reboot/refresh your feet in two ‘steps’.

The first sequence activates the muscles in your feet, actively stretches your feet, and sends blood back up to your brain. The second part is a short stretch and massage to leave you feeling refreshed.
