Achieve Foundational Fitness
My one on one training training sessions are designed to help you achieve foundational fitness. These are the exercises and workouts that help you achieve your larger goals – whether it’s a total workout program or a supplement to support and balance out the demands of other sports activities (e.g. running or biking).
Your Strengths
We’ll work together to identify your strengths. And, of course, we’ll look at where you need to improve to capitalize on those strengths. The end goal is workout recommendations that are tailored to you with particular attention to your preferences and goals.
Pricing
Initial evaluation is $75 for an hour-long session. This includes:
- A pre-session questionnaire for information on your goals, preferences, and available workout space and equipment at home.
- A total body evaluation to determine your functional strengths and limitations.
- Recommendations for workouts tailored for you with options to change up your routine.
Follow-Up sessions (recommended every 4 – 6 weeks) for upgrading and changes to your program are available for $45.
