This standing foot and ankle stretch takes your foot and ankle through full range of motion. You’ll be stretching the foot and ankle in flexion and extension as well as inversion and inversion. Bonus – you get to finish off with a nice massage for the sole of your foot using a small ball.
What you need:
- A chair back, wall, or other support to put a hand on for balance.
- A small ball (tennis or similar)
