Here’s a free 45-Minute Barefoot Workout for you. No equipment needed – just your bare feet and comfy clothes. This workout gives you total body conditioning with a unique combination of strength, flexibility, and balance training.
What to Expect
- Emphasis on foot position for balance and alignment
- Plenty of squats and lunges for lower body strengthening
- Light to moderate intensity cardio work
- Planks and abdominal work for core and shoulder strengthening
- Flexibility work for balance and lengthening
What You Need
- Whatever floor surface you prefer – I use a mat for my barefoot workouts, but some like carpet while others prefer a wood floor. Avoid tile, concrete, etc.
- You’ll probably want a mat or towel for the floor work portion.
- Comfortable clothing
Go at your own pace and watch for my modifications to increase or decrease the challenge.
