Today I’m sharing a clip from this week’s Tuesday morning class with a barefoot warmup for the calf and ankle. This is a sneak peek at what I do for each of my classes: I choose a specific focus for the day and give a short introduction at the beginning so we can intentionally key in on that area as we go through our 40 minute workout.
Follow along with the video and you’ll wake up the calf, shin, and ankle muscles. You can use this learning opportunity as a warmup for your workout or simply as a chance to get up and get moving.
